乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病合并阴道炎的临床疗效及对预后的影响

目的研究2型糖尿病合并阴道炎患者通过乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助甘精胰岛素治疗的效果及对预后的影响。方法抽取该院于2018年1月—2020年1月内就诊的2型糖尿病合并阴道炎患者共86例,将其依循双盲随机法分为对照组(43例,采用单纯甘精胰岛素治疗方式)与观察组(43例,采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助甘精胰岛素治疗方式),研究比对患者的阴道pH值、血糖控制情况、预后效果、乳酸杆菌检出率等。结果两组给药前阴道pH值和乳酸杆菌检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组给药后的阴道pH值更低,乳酸杆菌检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组给药前餐后2 h血糖与空腹血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组给药后的餐后2 h血糖与空腹血糖更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组乳腺胀痛、外阴不适、下腹坠胀等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助甘精胰岛素治疗对于增加乳酸杆菌数量,控制血糖水平,改善患者的预后等有十分重要的意义,疗效确切。

Lactic Acid Bacteria Vagina Capsule Assisted Insulin Glargine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Vaginitis Clinical Efficacy and Its Prognosis

Objective To study the effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules assisted insulin glargine therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes and vaginitis and its prognosis.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes and vaginitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group(43 cases,using insulin glargine treatment alone)and the observation group(43 cases,using lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules assisted insulin glargine treatment)by a double-blind random method,to study and compare patients'vaginal pH,blood glucose control,prognosis,and lactobacillus detection rate.Results There was no statistically significant difference in vaginal pH value and lactobacillus detection rate between the two groups before administration(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the vaginal pH value after administration was lower in the observation group and the lactobacillus detection rate was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose 2 h and fasting blood glucose between the two groups before and after the meal(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose of the observation group were more low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as breast pain,vulvar discomfort,and lower abdominal distension between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vagina capsule assisted insulin glargine therapy is very important for increasing the number of lactobacilli,controlling blood glucose levels,and improving the prognosis of patients,and the effect is definite.
