摘    要:全关节置换术是治疗各种终末期关节疾病的有效治疗手段,随着我们努力完善技术并改善患者预后,该手术仍在不断发展。机器人辅助关节置换手术始于20世纪80年代的“主动型” ROBODOC系统,随着精准化、微创化及快速康复等理念的推广,国内外机器人不断涌现,进一步推动国内外机器人的发展。本文回顾了2021年有关关节外科手术机器人临床应用研究的文献,客观、全面地评价其在关节置换中的临床价值及应用前景。

Abstract:Total joint replacement is an effective treatment for a variety of end-stage joint diseases, and it continues to evolve as we strive to refine the technique and improve patient prognosis. Robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery began with the "active" ROBODOC system in the 1980s, and with the promotion of the concepts of precision, minimally invasive and rapid rehabilitation, robots have emerged both domestically and internationally, furthering the development of robots at home and abroad. This paper reviews the literature on the clinical application of robots in joint surgery in 2021, and objectively and comprehensively evaluates their clinical value and application prospects in joint replacement.
