Laparoscopic TME Combined with Perineum Artificial Anus Reconstruction in the Treatment of Anal Canal Cancer:Effect Observation

This study was to observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision(TME)combined with perineum artificial anus reconstruction in the treatment of anal canal cancer(ACC),randomly divided 40 ACC patients into control group(20 cases,treated with open surgery and Miles procedure)and observation group(20 cases,laparoscopic TME plus perineum artificial anus reconstruction);then,compared both groups’ efficacy of treatment.As results,in intraoperative bleeding volume;in incision length;in the time for flatus from anus,for eating liquids,for extubating drainage tube,and for out-of-bed;in 5-year survival rate;in recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate;and in postoperative complication incidence,observation group was respectively less,shorter,shorter,higher,lower,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that laparoscopic TME plus perineum artificial anus reconstruction in the treatment of ACC has significant effect,is worthy to be popularized clinically.
