The Effect of ICU Nursing Care of Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Objective To analyze the effect of ICU care for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods 110 cases patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were treated in the ICU ward of the hospital between July 2018 and July 2019 were the subjects of this study.Based on the time the patients were admitted to the hospital for treatment,they were divided into groups.There were 55 patients in the experimental group and 55 patients in the control group.The treatment methods used by the two groups of patients were the same,and the nursing methods were different.Patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing measures.The content of comparison was the patient's nursing effect.Results The blood glucose control time of the experimental group was(7.17±1.33)h,the acidosis correction time was(5.86±2.26)h,the symptom improvement time was(11.82±2.13)h,and the hospital stay was(6.13±1.46)d.The total number of patients in the nursing group was 52 cases,and the total nursing satisfaction was 94.54%.The total number of patients in the control group was 46 cases,and the total nursing satisfaction was 83.64%.There was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU patients with diabetic ketoacidosis adopt comprehensive nursing interventions,which can promote the effective improvement of patients including blood glucose control time,acidosis correction time,symptom improvement time and hospitalization time,and at the same time significantly improve patient care satisfaction,which is conducive to promoting the treatment process of patients and speeding up and improving the quality of life.
