五味子醇甲药理研究进展

目的探讨五味子醇甲的药理研究进展。方法计算机检索CNKI、Pubmed等数据库,收集近几年国内外对五味子醇甲的药理研究进行综述。背景五味子在临床的广泛应用。五味子是一种常用的补益药,为木兰科植物五味子的成熟果实,其作为一味传统中药在临床上得到广泛的应用,其具有补益心肾,宁心安神的作用。而五味子醇甲是五味子的主要成分之一。主要结果综述五味子醇甲的药理研究,发现五味子醇甲可增强小鼠肝细胞抵抗CCl4毒性的能力,从而对肝脏起到保护作用,除了对肝脏有保护作用外还对肺脏有很好的治疗作用。其还可抑制胚胎及绒毛组织凋亡,发挥其对胚胎的保护作用。五味子醇甲有良好的镇静催眠作用和调节睡眠作用,还可改善大鼠的学习记忆能力,并对包括阿尔茨海默病在内的多种中枢神经系统疾病有着显著的药理作用。另一方面五味子醇甲还具有抗炎效果,并随着计量的增加,其抗炎效果也呈正相关。五味子醇甲可通过NO-c GMP和c AMP-蛋白激酶A(PKA)途径改善大鼠模型的ED。对性功能障碍具有治疗作用。最后通过实验证明五味子醇甲有很好的抗氧化作用。问题与展望五味子醇甲有很明显的抗氧化作用,可为以后的研究提供的思路。五味子醇甲现代药理研究尚不深入,可做有关信号通路的深入研究。现对已有研究进行综述,以期为以后研究提供思路。

Research Progress on Pharmacology of Schisandrin A

Objective To explore the progress of pharmacological researches on Schisandrin A.Methods The pharmacological studies of Schisandrin A were reviewed in recent years by computer retrieval of CNKI,Pubmed and other databases.Background There is a widespread clinical application of Wuweizi(Schisandra chinensis).Wuweizi(Schisandra chinensis)is a commonly-used tonic drug which is the mature fruit of Wuweizi(Schisandra chinensis).It has been widely used in clinic,and it has the function of tonifying heart and kidney as well as calming heart and tranquilizing the mind.Schisandrin A is one of the main components of Schisandrin.Main Results The pharmacological study of Schisandrin A was reviewed.It was found that Schisandrin A could enhance the ability of mice hepatocyte to resist CCl4 toxicity,and thus protecting liver.In addition to the protective effect on the liver,it also has a good therapeutic effect on the lungs.It can inhibit the apoptosis of embryo and villous tissue and plays its protective role on embryo.Schisandrin A methyl has a good sedative and hypnotic effect and regulates sleep.It can improve the learning and memory ability of rats and has significant pharmacological effects on a variety of central nervous system diseases,including Alzheimer’s disease.On the other hand,Schisandrin A also has anti-inflammatory effect,and with the increase of measurement,its anti-inflammatory effect is also positively correlated.Schisandrin A can improve EDof rat model by NO-c GMP and c AMP-protein kinase A(PKA)pathway and has therapeutic effect on sexual dysfunction.Finally,the experiment has proved that Schisandrin A has good antioxidant effect.Problems and prospects Schisandrin A has obvious antioxidant effect,which can provide ideas for future research.The modern pharmacological research of Schisandrin A is not deep,and so we should do the in-depth research on signaling pathway.The existing research was reviewed in order to provide ideas for future research.
