摘    要:目的:改变传统手工上报传染病至国家CDC的方式,实现传染病数据自动上报。方法:借助信息化手段,采用Python+Selenium技术优化传染病上报流程。结果:研发了传染病自动上报系统,实现了传染病数据安全、及时、准确地自动上报,解决了原上报流程存在的问题。结论:通过信息技术改变了手工上报传染病的模式,实现了院内数据自动上报到国家CDC,杜绝了漏报、错报、迟报的发生。在新冠肺炎暴发期间,大大减少了感控人员的工作量,验证了医院的信息化应急保障能力。

Process Optimization and System Design of Infectious Disease Reporting

Abstract:Objective:Change the traditional manual way of reporting infectious disease to national CDC and realize the automatic reporting of infectious disease data.Methods:With the help of information technology,Python+Selenium technology was used to optimize the reporting process of infectious disease.Results:The automatic reporting system of infectious disease was developed,which realized the safe,timely and accurate automatic reporting of infectious disease data,and solved the problems existing in the original reporting process.Conclusion:By information technology,the mode of reporting infectious diseases by hand has been changed,the data in hospital has been automatically reported to the national CDC,and the occurrence of missing report,wrong report and delayed report has been eliminated.During the outbreak of COVID-19,the workload of the control staff was greatly reduced,and the information emergency support capability of hospital was verified.
