加强健康教育在肺结核合并糖尿病护理中的作用效果分析

目的探究加强健康教育在肺结核合并糖尿病护理产生的作用效果。方法选取该院2017年7月—2019年7月收治的104例肺结核合并糖尿病患者,并且随机将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组52例,实验组患者采用加强健康教育的干预方式,对照组患者采用常规方式护理,对比两组患者护理情况。结果两组患者在接受护理后对比,实验组患者的用药依从性总依从率为96.15%,明显高于对照组(80.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在接受护理后自我护理能力水平对比,实验组患者的自我护理能力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后血糖变化以及血脂变化对比,实验组患者实际情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后满意度比较,实验组总满意度98.08%高于对照组总满意度84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核合并糖尿病护理中医护人员加强健康教育能够促进患者的治疗效果,并且护理效果得到极大的提升,因此值得在临床医学中应用。

Analysis of the Effect of Strengthening Health Education in Nursing Care of Tuberculosis Complicated with Diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening health education in the care of tuberculosis complicated with diabetes.Methods Selected 104 patients admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019,and randomly divide the patients into a control group and an experimental group,with 52 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted a intervention method that strengthens health education.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing care,and the nursing status of the two groups was compared.Results Compared the two groups of patients after receiving nursing care,the total medication compliance rate of the experimental group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared the self-care ability of the two groups of patients after receiving nursing,the self-care ability of the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose changes and blood lipid changes of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.The actual situation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing,the total satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.08%higher than the total satisfaction of the control group 84.62%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education for medical staff in the nursing of tuberculosis combined with diabetes can promote the treatment effect of patients,and the nursing effect can be greatly improved,so it is worthy of application in clinical medicine.
