老年髋部骨折患者术后开展康复护理的效果分析

目的探讨对老年髋部骨折患者术后实施康复护理的临床效果。方法70例老年髋部骨折患者,依据随机数字表分组法分为对照组和实验组,各35例。对照组给予术后常规护理,实验组给予术后康复护理。比较两组患者术后1、3、6个月髋关节功能评分及护理优良率。结果实验组术后1、3、6个月髋关节功能评分分别为(80.72±4.83)、(86.13±5.52)、(90.23±4.63)分,均高于对照组的(73.21±5.21)、(78.72±5.12)、(81.72±4.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理优良率为88.57%显著高于对照组的62.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋部骨折患者开展术后康复护理,可有效提升髋关节功能恢复效果,有助于护理优良率提升,具有一定临床推广和应用价值。

Analysis of the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with hip fracture were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received postoperative rehabilitation nursing.The hip function score at 1,3 and 6 months of operation,and nursing excellent rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hip function score at 1,3 and 6 months of operation of the experimental group were(80.72±4.83),(86.13±5.52)and(90.23±4.63)points,which were all higher than(73.21±5.21),(78.72±5.12)and(81.72±4.13)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing excellent rate of the experimental group was 88.57%,which was significantly higher than 62.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture can effectively improve the recovery effect of hip function,help to improve the excellent rate of nursing.This method contains certain clinical promotion and application value.
