Analysis of the Effect of Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Patients with Diabetes and Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing measures for patients with diabetes and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selected 96 patients with diabetes and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the hospital from November 2018 to August 2019.They were grouped by random number table and divided into control group and observation group,each with 48 cases,the control group received general nursing interventions,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions.The HAMA,HAMD scores,blood glucose index levels,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in HAMA,HAMD scores and blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after intervention,the HAMA,HAMD scores and blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of 12.50%in the observation group was significantly lower than 29.17%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.042,P<0.05);97.92%of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than 72.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,comprehensive nursing intervention after operation can effectively improve the psychological status,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
