超声刀在鼻内镜鼻腔血管瘤切除术中的应用

目的探讨鼻内镜下超声刀应用于鼻腔血管瘤切除术的可行性及优点. 方法 10例鼻腔血管瘤患者在鼻内镜下,利用超声刀直接闭合切除血管瘤. 结果 10例均一次成功摘除血管瘤,术中出血少,术后无出血及并发症发生.均在术后2～3天治愈出院. 结论鼻内镜下超声刀切除鼻腔血管瘤,具有视野清晰、术中出血少、手术安全可靠等特点.

The therapeutic effects of ultracision harmonic scalpel on haemangioma in nasal cavity operated on under nasal endoscope

Objective To explore the usability of uhracision-harmonic scalpel in the resection of nasal haemangioma operated on under nasalendoscope and the advantages with this procedure. Methods Tencases with haemangioma in nasal cavity were treated with uhracisionharmonic scalpel under nasal endoscope. Results All the tumors were successfully resized by only once surgery among these ten cases with this procedure,with less volume of bleeding during the operation and without postoperative bleeding and complications occurred. All the cases were off hospital 2 to 3 days following the surgery. Conclusions This procedure can be used in the resection of haemangioma in nasal cavity with clear operating field,less volume of bleeding during the operating and higher safety.
