| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大剂量沐舒坦联合呼气末正压（PEEP）机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的疗效。方法：对30例急性呼吸窘迫综合征的患者进行回顾性研究，分析其血气、PaO2／FiO2等与治疗的关系。结果：对30例ARDS的患者应用大剂量沐舒坦联合呼气末正压机械通气治疗，有效率73．32％，死亡原因为肾功能衰竭、严重左心衰竭和多器官功能衰竭。结论：ARDS一旦发生，应在严密监测情况下及早给以大剂量沐舒坦联合PEEP机械通气。
