快速康复外科模式在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的应用

目的：评价快速康复外科（FTS）在接受择期手术的腹腔镜胃癌根治术（D2根治）患者中的安全性和有效性。方法：将68例拟接受择期腹腔镜手术的胃癌患者分为快速康复组和传统治疗组，每组34例。快速康复组围手术期接受快速康复方案处理，传统治疗组接受传统的围手术期处理。观察术后首次排气时间、术后住院时间、住院总费用及术后并发症等。结果：两组病人均痊愈出院。快速康复组患者与传统手术相比，首次排气时间提前、术后的住院时间缩短、住院总费用减少（P〈0．05）。术后并发症发生率没有增加（P〉0．05）。结论：快速康复外科模式在接受择期腹腔镜手术的胃癌患者中安全可行，加快了患者术后康复，缩短了术后住院时间，降低了医疗费用。

Clinical application of perioperative fast-track program in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for gastric cancer

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of fast track surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for gastric cancer.Methods: Sixty eight patients with gastric cancer requiring laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were divided into two groups:fast-track surgery program group(n=34cases,receiving perioperative FTS program) and conventional care group(n=34,receiving a conventional the-rapy).Clinical parameters including the postoperative first flatus time,postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization expenditure and post-operative complications in the 2 groups were analyzed via t test and chi-square test.Results: All patients in both groups were cured.The postoperative first flatus time was earlier,the mean postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter,and average hospitalization expenditure significantly lower in fast-track surgery program group than in the conventional care group(P<0.05).There is no difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Fast-track surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for gastric cancer was safe and effective,and it can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,shorten hospital stay,and lower hospitalization expenditure.
