MIPO技术结合LCP治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折临床观察

目的探讨MIPO技术结合LCP治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年3月-2011年4月于本院采用MIPO技术结合LCP治疗的38例股骨干粉碎性骨折患者的研究资料,将其设为观察组,同期采用带锁髓内钉进行治疗的43例患者为对照组,将两组患者治疗的优良率、出血量、负重行走时间、愈合时间及并发症发生率进行统计及比较。结果两组患者在优良率、出血量、负重行走时间、愈合时间及并发症发生率方面均无显著性差异,P均>0.05。结论 MIPO技术结合LCP治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的临床效果较佳,同时保证了其安全性,是股骨干粉碎性骨折的较佳微创术式。

The clinical observation of MIPO technology combined LCP in the treatment of femoral shaft

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MIPO technology combined LCP in the treatment of femoral shaft.Methods The data of 38 cases of femoral shaft comminuted fracture from March 2008 to April 2011 in our hospital with MIPO technology combined with the LCP treatment was retrospectively analyzed,and set them as the observation group.43 patients over the same period with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment were set as the control group.The good rate,blood loss,weight-bearing walking time,healing time and complication rate of thetwo groups of patients were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The patients in the excellent rate of bleeding,weight-bearing walking time,healing time and complication rate were with not significant difference,P >0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of MIPO technology combined LCP in the treatment of femoral shaft is better,while ensuring their safety,is a better minimally invasive surgical comminuted fracture of the femoral shaft.
