摘    要:大鼠ip 3,4-二氯-N-甲基-N-[反式-2-(1-~3-吡咯啉基)环己基]-苯乙酰胺盐酸盐(K-Ⅱ)对电刺激尾部的疼痛反应和电刺激坐骨神经的屈肌反射均表现为低剂量以增强效应为主,高剂量以抑制效应为主.纳洛酮拮抗K-Ⅱ镇痛和抑制屈肌反射的pA_2值分别为5.3和5.0,两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示可能是由同型阿片受体介导的.K-Ⅱ产生的痛觉和屈肌反射的增强效应均可被纳洛酮拮抗,提示这两种增强效应可能也是由阿片受体介导的

Abstract:Rats,ip injected with a k-opioid agonist 3,4-dichloro-N-methyl-N-trans-2-(1-Δ3-pyrrolinyl)-cyclohexyl-benzenacetamide hydrochlo-ride(K-Ⅱ),exhibited enhancing(in lower dosage)and/or depressing effects(in higher dosage)on the pain sense induced by electric stimulation of the tail and on the flexor reflex induced by electric stimulation of the sciatic nerve.The pA2 values of naloxone against analgesia and inhibitory effects on tlexor reflex by K Ⅱwere 5.3 and 5.0(P>0.05),respectively.There is no significant difference between them,indicating that they are mediated by the same subtypes of opioid receptors.The enhancing effects on the pain sense and flexor reflex induced by K Ⅱ could be antagonized bynaloxone.suggesting that the two kinds of enhancing effects are mediated by opioid receptors.
