| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨贵州姓氏ABO血型分布特征。方法：采用玻片凝集法检测4168名贵州学生的ABO血型,选取其中人数大于100的姓氏的ABO血型进行统计分析。结果：本次调查人数大于100的姓氏有8个,依次是杨、王、李、张、陈、刘、吴、罗,他们的血型分布特征均为O〉A〉B〉AB,A、B、O基因频率分布特征为r〉p〉q。结论：8个姓氏O型频率均较高,具有典型的南方人的血型特征。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the distributive feature of ABO blood groups of surnames in Guizhou.Methods:ABO blood groups of 4168 students(born in Guizhou ) were identified by way of the slide agglutination.The data of ABO blood groups of 8 surnames were analyzed.Results:The distributive feature of ABO blood groups and gene frequency of A,B,O in Yang,Wang,Li,Zhang,Chen,Liu,Wu and Luo were O>A>B>AB and r>p>q respectively.Conclusion:8 surnames in Guizhou have a higher O genotype frequency and their distribution o... |
