中西医结合治疗重症中暑的疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗重症中署的临床效果。方法：将在我院治疗的重症中署患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予西医治疗，观察组给予中西医治疗。结果：观察组患者神智恢复时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间明显短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为96．00％，对照组为68．00％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未见其他明显的药物不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗重症中暑的临床效果更好，值得应用。

Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Severe Heatstroke

Objective： To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating severe heatstroke. Method： The 50 cases with severe heatstoroke were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the western medicine, and the observe group received the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Result： The coincidnece time of consciousness and body temperature in the observe group after treatment were fewer than those in control group, and there were significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observe group and 68.00% in the control group, and there were significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating severe heatstroke is obvious, so it is worth being used widely.
