普外科手术中应用抗生素预防切口感染的探讨

目的：了解普外科手术中使用抗生素预防切口感染的情况，探讨合理的预防性应用抗生素方案。方法：随机选择我院普外科手术患者360例，观察不同时间、不同方式，使用不同抗生素的患者切1：2感染情况。结果：360例普外科手术共发生切口感染8例，感染率为2．22％；术中使用抗生素患者发生切口感染率为1．11％，而术前、术后使用患者则为7．78％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；二、三联用药患者切口感染发生率（7．78％）明显高于单药使用者（1．11％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：普外科手术预防切口感染应严格掌握抗生素使用指征和时间，做到合理用药。

Study the Application of Antibiotic in Preventing Incision Infection in General Surgery

Objective： To study the condition of antibiotic in preventing incision infection in general surgery, to discuss the reasonable scheme for the prophylactic use of antibiotics. Method：We observed the status of 360 patients in different time, different ways and different antibiotics by random selection patients of general surgery operation. Result：Incision infection rate in 360 patients was 2.22% （8/360）. Incision infection rate was 1.11% intraoperative using antibiotics for patients, and the incision infection rate was 7. 78% in preoperative and postoperative using antibiotics for patients （ P〈0.01 ）. Incision infection rate （7. 78% } in combining medication patients was obviously higher than single drug users （ 1.11% ） （ P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion：General surgery should be strictly mastered the indications and time of antibiotics using to prevent incision infection, and to accomplish rational drug using.
