退行性腰椎管狭窄单纯减压及内固定术疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨单纯减压及内固定术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄的疗效。方法:随机抽取2005年1月至2006年1月来我院诊治的退行性腰椎管狭窄患者56例,所有患者均经过正规保守治疗结果不明显。根据腰椎管狭窄的所致的症状部位及分型标准,将56例患者分为两组,即单纯减压组和单纯减压联合内固定术组。并对手术疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:术后随访8个月至5年,将随访反馈的数据采用日本骨科学15分法进行改善率分析得知,两组改善率分别为57.4±32.5%及63.7±24.3%,两组优良率分别为65%及82%,两组数据间无统计学差异。结论:在退行性腰椎管狭窄治疗中,应用单纯减压及内固定术治疗可明显改善患者的临床症状并获得良好的治疗效果,是一种较为可靠的手术方式,值得临床应用。

The Observation of the Decompression Alone of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and Internal Fixation

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the cure effect of the decompression alone of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis and internal fixation.Method: To choose 56 patients randomly in our hospital from January 2005 to January 2006,who all received regular conservative treatment but effect were not good.According to the incidence locations and the criteria,the 56 patients were divided into two groups,the decompression alone group and the decompression alone assisted by internal fixation group,then to analysis the cure effective of surgeries.Result: In the postoperative 8 months to 5 years,the patients are follow-up visited.To Analysis the improvement rate of the statistics by Japanese Osteologic methods,we got that the improvement rate of the two groups are 57.4±32.5% and 63.7±24.3%,and the excellence rate are 65% and 82%.There are no statistical diffence.Conclusion: It can gain an excellence effect in the treatment of Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis by using the decompression alone and internal fixation,which can be used in clinical treatment for its reliable.
