| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方庆大霉素普鲁卡因口服溶液中盐酸普鲁卡因的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为290nm,并与永停滴定法进行比较。结果盐酸普鲁卡因线性范围为2.390～9.560μg.mL-1（r=0.999 7）;平均回收率为101.4%（RSD=0.7%）。结论本测定方法简便、快速、准确,可作为复方庆大霉素普鲁卡因口服溶液的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of procaine hydrochloride in compound gentamycin sulfate and procaine hydrochloride oral solution.METHODS The content of procaine hydrochloride was determined by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry with detection wavelength at 290nm,and comparing the result of permanent offtitration.RESULTS The linear range of procaine hydrochloride was 2.390～9.560μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7);with average recovery rate at 101.4%(RSD=0.7%).CONCLUSION The method is simple、quick and accurate,and can be used as the determination of procaine hydrochloride. |
