不同剂量叶酸对脑梗塞患者一rtn浆同型半胱氨酸的影响

目的：观察不同剂量（〉5mg／d）叶酸对脑梗塞患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的影响。方法：选择120例血浆同型半胱氨酸增高的脑梗塞患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组40例。用药剂量：A组给予叶酸5mg/d，B组给予叶酸10mg／d，C组给予叶酸20mg／d，连续给药4周，治疗前后检测血浆Hcy浓度。结果：3组治疗后的血浆Hcy浓度明显下降，前后自身比较P〈0．001。3组间比较P〉0．05。无统计学意义。结论：叶酸治疗脑梗塞合并的高Hcy血症有明显效果，但叶酸剂量大于5mg／d后改峦剂昔对干隆低HP。弄擘摩开明昂善导

Effects of Different Dose of Folic Acid on the Plasma Homocysteine in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To observe the effects of different dose （ 〉5 mg/d ） of folic acid on the plasma homocysteine in patients with cerebral infarction. Method： 120 patients with cerebral infarction and hyperhomocysteinemia were randomly divided into 3 groups, 40 cases in each group. A group was taken folic acid 5 mg/d, ; B group was taken by the treatments of folic acid 10 mg/d; C group was taken by the treatments of folic acid 20 mg/d; The plasma homocysteine （Hcy） concentration was detected before and after 4 weeks treatment. Result： After 4 weeks treatment, the level of plasma Hcy significantly decreased in 3 groups （ all P〈0.001 ） than the level of prior treatment. But there was no difference between 3 groups after the treatment （all P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： The plasma homocysteine in patients with cerebral infarction was decreased after the treatment of folic acid. The degree of the homocysteine decreased has no relationship with the doses （ 〉 5 mg/d） of the medicine.
