奥施康定和泰勒宁在晚期癌症中重度疼痛治疗的临床疗效、不良反应分析

目的比较奥施康定与泰勒宁在晚期癌症中重度疼痛治疗中的临床疗效、不良反应。方法 63例中重度晚期癌痛患者随机分成奥施康定给药组32例、泰勒宁给药组31例,观察两组临床疗效及副作用。结果奥施康定与泰勒宁缓解癌痛有效率分别为87.5%和80.6%,生活质量改善率分别为78.1%和77.4%,综合不良反应对比奥施康定给药组低于泰勒宁给药组。结论奥施康定临床镇痛效果优于泰勒宁,且副作用相对较轻。

Oxycodone and Oxycodone and Acetaminophen in severe pain in the adanced cancer treatment and the clinical curative effect of adverse reactions

OBJECTIVE Oxycodone compared with Oxycodone & Acetaminophen in severe pain in the adanced cancer treatment of clinical curative effect,adverse reactions.METHODS 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups,Oxycodone treatment group 32 cases,and Oxycodone & Acetaminophen treatment group 31 cases,observing clinical efficacy and side effects.RESULTS The pain respectively of Oxycodone and Oxycodone & Acetaminophen was 87.5%and 80.6%,for the quality of life was 78.1% and 77.4%,The adverse reactions Oxycodone compared to Oxycodone & Acetaminophen was less.CONCLUSION Oxycodone has clinical analgesic effect than Oxycodone & Acetaminophen,and it′t side effects relatively light
