Observation on Pregnancy Termination Effect by Different Ways

Objective： To investigate the pregnancy termination effect by different ways.Method： The 60 moderate with moderate-late pregnancy were divided into the observing group and the control group.The control group received the amniotic intracavitary administration of ethacridine,and the observing group received the treatment of mifepristone combined with misoprostol.Result： The time of labor and blood volume in the observing group were less than those in control group,and there was significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.The hospital day,achievement ratio of labor,rate of dilation and curettage uterus in the observing group were the same to those in control group,and there was no significant difference in them（P〉0.05）.The bleeding time,menstruation recovering and menstruation in the observing group were the same to those in control group,and there was no significant difference in them（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The pregnancy termination effect by different ways is obvious,but the medication of mifepristone combined with misoprostol is convenient and its birth process is short,so it is worth being used.
