Abstract:OBJECTIVE An RID-HPLC method was established to determine the content of glucosamine hydrochloride.METHODS Using a HPLC method with Bondapak C18 column(3.9×300mm,10μm),the mobile phase was 0.005mol·L-1 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt solution(pH 4.0) acetonitrile(97∶3),the flow rate was 2.0mL·min-1,acolumn temperature was 25℃ and the cell temperature of Refractive Index Detector was 40℃.RESULTS Precision and stability of the method were fine,The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.998~7.497mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.2%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the method of determination.
