感染后咳嗽80例诊治体会

Diagnosis of 80 Cases Cough after Infectious

Objective： To investigate the effect of combination of singulair （ inhibitor of leukotriene receptor-montelukast） and methoxyphenamine compound on postinfectious cough. Method： 80 cases of outpatients with postinfectious cough were enrolled, and divided into treatment group and positive control group by randomization. Each group has 40 cases of outpatients. Both groups were administrated with methoxyphenamine compound or apophlegmatisant, while treatment group were extra-administrated with singulair 10 mg PO every day. Cough symptoms, as well as adverse effects, were evaluated and scored before and after treatment. Result： Both groups underwent improvement in cough symptoms after treatment. Treated group witnessed more potent efficacy in eliminating cough symptoms than positive control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of singulair and methoxyphenamine compound has better effect than single use of methoxyphenamine compound on postinfectious cough.
