Effect of Different Methods for Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective： To compare the laparoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery for tubal pregnancy patients.Method： 247 patients selected were divided into endoscopic treatment group and the laparotomy group,two groups were compared operative time,blood loss,anal exhaust time,ambulation time and hospital stay,and two groups of patients hospitalized during complications.Result： The operative time between the two groups has no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Blood loss in laparoscopy group was significantly less than that in the open group（P〈0.05）.Anal exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay in endoscopic group were significantly shorter than the open abdominal group（P〈0.05）,complications in laparoscopy group was mainly subcutaneous emphysema and abdominal puncture injuries,laparotomy group was mainly poor wound healing.Conclusion： Laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy compared with traditional open surgery has obvious advantages,surgical trauma,rapid recovery,safety,it is a safe and feasible method.
