摘    要:目的对栽培桔梗进行分析测定,确定其是否具有农药的残留,以保证用药安全。方法采用气质联用法测定桔梗中残留的多种农药。不分流进样模式;进样口采用程序升温:120℃(4.5min)按80℃.min-1至250℃(34min);柱温箱程序升温:82℃(5min)按8℃.min-1至280℃;柱流速控制:恒压120Mpa;载气总流速:30mL.min-1;柱流速:1.75mL.min-1。MS离子源温度:200℃;接口温度:250℃;质谱检测模式:SIM。结果对栽培桔梗农药残留进行图谱分析,发现其含有农药敌敌畏、-αBHC、-δBHC、甲基对硫磷、二苯砜、毒死蜱等。结论栽培桔梗较野生桔梗,含有一定量的农药残留,在使用时应重视其质量问题。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum whether the components have pesticide residue and to make the use of medicine more safer.METHODS Using GC-MS to determinate multiresidue pesticide.Splitless injector operating in pulsed-splitless mode.Inlet temperature program:120℃(initial isotherm:4.5min)up to 250℃ at a rate of 80℃·min-1;Oven temperature program:82℃(initial isotherm:5min)up to 280℃ at a rate of 8℃·min-1;Column flow rate:constant pressure 120Mpa;carrier gas flow rate:30mL·min-1;column flow rate:1.75mL·min-1.Ion source temperature:200℃;Interface temperature:250℃;MS detection mode:SIM.RESULTS The GC-MS chromatograms of the cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum show the dichlorvos,α-BHC,δ-BHC,methyl parathion,diphenyl sulfone and chlorpyrifos.CONCLUSION The cultivation compared with the wild species,contains pesticide residues,so we should focus on its quality.
