妈咪爱联合婴儿抚触佐治新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效观察

目的探讨妈咪爱联合婴儿抚触对降低新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法选取93例足月分娩的新生儿,随机分为两组,一组为对照组,另一组为治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用婴儿抚触及妈咪爱治疗,观察两组患儿黄疸消退时间及胆红素下降情况。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两者差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论婴儿抚触和妈咪爱联合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症可迅速降低血清总胆红素水平,明显缩短治疗时间。

Observation of Curative Effect of Neonate Touching and Medilae-Vita to Neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia

OBJECTIVE Study on the therapy effect of Medliac-Vita with infant massage on the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.METHODS Selecting 93 cases of the full-term newborns,which were divided into two groups randomlyOne group was the control group,another group was the treatment group.For the treatment group,based on the conventional treatment,Medliac-Vita with infant massage was used.And then to observe the decreasing time of Jaundice and declining status of bilirubin.RESULTS The treatment group surpasses the control group.There is significant difference between them(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Using Medliac-Vita with infant massage to treat the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can decrease the total bilirubin level of serum,shorten the treatment time significantly.
