The Contrast of Efficacy of Phacoemulsification and Glaucoma Cataract Combined Surgery in Treating Cataract and Angle-closure Glaucoma

Objective： To discuss the contrast of clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and glaucoma cataract combined surgery applied to the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Method： A retrospective analysis of the data of 72 cases, 78 eyes treated in our hospital, all patients were divided into two groups. The therapeutic group had 36 cases ,39 eyes,which were conducted by cataract phacoemulsification removement or that combined with goniosynechialysis treatment. The contrast group were treated by glaucoma cataract combined surgery. Compared the two groups by the projects such as the intraocnlar pressure, visual acuity, angle＇s shape after the surgery. Result： The therapeutic group had a better effect than the comparison group in every parts,There＇s statistically significance differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Both the two different methods can one-off succeed in treating angle closure glaucoma and cataract,cataract phacoemulsification removement combined with goniosynechialysis treatment are more efficient than the glaucoma cataract combined surgery, moreover the latter demand the patients have a good condition in the intraocular pressure, and it need the very time,its surgery is more complex and hard,and it has much more syndrome.
