术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治探讨

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断、治疗和预防。方法对18例早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果17例患者经胃肠减压、抗炎、应用生长抑素、全胃肠外营养结合中药等保守治疗治愈;1例患者经手术治疗,无效后经保守治疗治愈。平均治愈时间14天,无1例肠坏死。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻常发生于术后5-28天,有典型的临床特点,保守治疗可治愈。

Study of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction

Objective: To investigate the clinical features,treatment and prevention of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO).Methods: The results of 18 cases of EPISBO were analysed retrospectively.Results: 17 patients recovered after non-operative treatment including gastrointestinal decompression,administration of antibiotics and somatostatin,total parenter somatostatin and traditional Chinese medicine,etc.One patient underwent operation and recovered after conservative treatment.The mean cure time was 14 days and none had intestinal necrosis.Conclusion: EPISBO often occurs in 5~28 days after operation.EPISBO has typical clinical features and conservative treatment can cure EPISBO.
