人血清铁蛋白含量在不同海拔地区的变化规律

本文对不同海拔地区的健康成年男性,用放射免疫法测定了血清铁蛋白的含量,结果发现:1.由平原急进高原及由高原急下平原,人血清铁蛋白含量未见改变。2.长期移居高原及世居高原的人群,血清铁蛋白含量随海拔的增高而增高。3.平原移居高原者,血清铁蛋白含量需2-3年逐渐接近高原水平,以后增高不明显。4.长期移居高原者,返回平原居住2-3年血清铁蛋白含量方可逐步降至平原水平。

OBSERVATION OF CHANGES ON HUMEN SERUN FERRITIN CONTENT IN DIFFERENT ALTITUDE ARERS

Radiommunoassay(RIA)was used to measure the serum ferritin content in healthy men who livded in differ- ent altitude areas.The results showed that: 1:Those,who ascended and descended rapidly from high altitude,had no changes on the content of serum ferritin. 2;The healthy men,who were migration-living for long time and generationliving in high altytude, were increased in content of the serum ferritin with the increasing of the alti- tude. 3; The subjects, who sojournde in high altitude areas from lowland, took 2-3 years to reach the highlanders'level gradually on content of the serum ferritin and then there were no significant Changes. 4;Those, who were migration-living in high altitude for long time,lowered gradually to the normal level on content of the serum ferrritin after returning to lowland 2-3 years.
