Abstract:	We present the case of a 71-year-old man withinferior vena cava syndrome due to metastatic lymph nodes fromhepatocellular carcinoma with serious complications that were stronglysuspected to result from rapid changes in hemodynamics afterself-expandable metallic stent placement.
