儿童焦虑症的微量生物电脑导入刺激治疗与心理护理研究

目的研究微量生物电脑导入刺激(CES)治疗儿童焦虑症的效果及其心理护理。方法对33例焦虑症患儿应用AS100微安脑电治疗仪进行CES治疗和心理护理干预,治疗前后评估儿童焦虑性情绪障碍量表、儿童抑郁情绪量表、体温、脉搏和血压等,并进行对照分析。结果治疗后焦虑总分、躯体化/惊恐、广泛性焦虑、分离性焦虑、社交恐怖、学校恐怖和抑郁总分比治疗前低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后比治疗前体温升高,脉搏、血压降低,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论CES是一种适宜于治疗儿童焦虑症的新方法,配合心理护理干预,起效快,疗效显著。

Investigation of psychological nursing and cranial electrotherapy stimulation in treatment of anxiety disorder in children

Objective To evaluate the effect of cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) on the treatment of anxiety disorder in children and the psychological nursing for the children patients. Methods Using Alpha Stim100 instrument and psychological nursing, 33 cases of anxiety disorder aged 7 to 16 were treated with CES and intervened psychologically. All the subjects were evaluated with the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED), the Depression Self-rating Scale for Children (DSRSC), temperature, pulse and blood pressure, etc. before and after the therapy, respectively. Then the t-test was used to compare the scores between the two evaluations. Results The total anxiety scores, somatization/panic scores, generalized anxiety scores, separation anxiety scores, social phobia scores, school phobia scores, and the total depression scores of post-therapy were significantly lower than those of pre-therapy (P<0.05). The temperature of post-therapy was higher than that of pre-therapy, and pulse and blood pressure of post-therapy were lower than those of pre-therapy, showing no significant differences between the two evaluations (P>0.05). Conclusions CES is a new effective therapy for the anxiety disorder in children. CES in combination with psychological nursing intervention has quick onset of effect and obvious curative effect.
