| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心是以人为本，宣传人才是医院宣传工作的基础。大型综合医院面对接踵而来的机遇与挑战和日益丰富的宣传工作。建设并管理好一支高效、有力的宣传队伍十分必要。近年来，北京大学第一医院重视医院的宣传工作和文化建设，立足不同科室组建宣传队伍并在实践中逐步探索宣传工作的制度建设，提高了宣传工作的主动性和职工的参与意识。本文根据我院在此方面已开展的实际工作展开讨论。

| Abstract: | The center of scientific development view is human oriented development, propaganda staff is the basic of hospital propaganda activity. Facing the new challenges and opportunities, hospital propaganda is more and more important. Constructing and developing an efficiency and effective propaganda team is necessary. Affiliated No. 1 Hospital of Peking University highlighted hospital propaganda and culture building. A multi-disciplines propaganda team has built and propaganda institutes also gradually shaped. The initiatives and conscious of propaganda is development. Based on the experience of Affiliated No. 1 Hospital of Peking University, the meanings and methods of hospital propaganda staff construction is discussed. |
