118例手切割伤急诊整形修复分析

目的：通过118例手切割伤急诊整形修复分析，探讨有效的方法，改善手术效果。方法：选择1999年－2000年治疗118例手切割伤，对其治疗效果进行分析。结果：止血带组60例，效果优56例，优秀率93．3％，非止血带组58例，效果优45例，优秀率77．6％，t检验两组优秀率有显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：在急诊室对手切割伤应该施行整形修复手术。止血带有助于迅速有效止血，减少疤痕。严格按整形修复手术的基本原则实施操作。

Analysis of Immediate Plastic Repair of 118 Patients with Hand Cut Injuries

Objective: To explore the effective method and improve the effects of operation on hand cut injuries. Methods: The curative effects were analysed in two groups with and without suing tourniquet admitted from 1999 to 2000. Results: Among the 60 patients using tourniquet, 56 were excellent. Its excellent rate was 93.3%; Among the 58 patients not using tourniquet, 45 were excellent. Its excellent rate was 77.6%. The former was significantly higher than the latter (P<0.05). Conclusion: Imme- diate plastic repair should be carried out. Using tourniquet would be beneficial to rapid and effective hemostasis and less scars. Basic principals of plastic repair operation should be observed strictly.
