温针灸配合水针治疗手腕部腱鞘炎的临床体会

目的和方法 采用温针灸配合水针治疗手腕部腱鞘炎80例，并与针刺治疗28例及温针治疗30例进行比较。结果 温针灸配合水针治疗治愈率为81.2%，总有效率为100%;针刺治疗分别为32.1%、78.6%;温针治疗分别为33.3%、80.0%。温针灸配合水针治疗与针刺治疗、温针治疗分别比较，差异均有统计学意义，均P〈0.01，前者疗效明显优于后者。结论 温针灸配合水针治疗手腕部腱鞘炎疗效较好。

Clinical Experience in Treatment of Wrist Tenosynovitis by Warming Acupuncture plus Point Injection

Objective and Methods Eighty patients with wrist tenosynovitis were treated by warming acupuncture plus point injection.For comparison,28 patients were treated by acupuncture and 30 patients,by warming acupuncture.Results The cure rate and total efficacy rate were 81.2% and 100%,respectively,for warming acupuncture plus point injection,32.1% and 78.6%, respectively,for acupuncture,and 33.3% and 80.0%,respectively,for warming acupuncture.There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between warming acupuncture plus point injection and acupuncture or warming acupuncture(both P<0.01).The curative effect was significant better in the former than in the latter.Conclusion This treatment has a good effect on wrist tenosynovitis.
