布地奈德雾化吸入佐治毛细支气管炎55例

目的:观察布地奈德压缩雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将109例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,在综合治疗基础上治疗组55例加用布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组54例加用生理盐水雾化吸入,均5 d为一疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组91％,对照组63％,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效确切,方法简便,副作用小,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on the treatment of 55 cases of bronchiolitis using nebulized - inhalation of pulmicort respules

Objective: Observation of the effects of compressed-nebulized-inhalation of pulraicort respules on bronchiolitis. Methods: 109 cases of bronchiolitis were divided randomly into 2 groups: treatment group (n = 55) treated with compressed-nebulized-inhalation of pulraicort respules in addition to traditional therapy, and control group (n = 54) with normal solution. Each group were treated for 5 days. Results: The effective incidence was 91% in treatment group and 63% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Compressed-nebulized-inhalation of pulmicout respules is effective for treatment of bronchiolitis, with less side-effect, easy operation, and is worth clinical application.
