明胶、京尼平粘合颗粒骨修复大鼠胫骨骨缺损的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨以明胶凉尼平粘合自体颗粒骨修复SD大鼠胫骨骨缺损的效果.方法 取60只SD大鼠制备右侧胫骨上端骨缺损模型,并将切除的骨质磨成颗粒骨,随机分为四组(n=15),A组为空白组不填充任何材料,B组单纯填充明胶、京尼平,C组单纯植入自体颗粒骨,D组填充明胶、京尼平和自体颗粒骨.各组术后10 d、4周和8周时各处死大鼠5只,取材检测,通过观察大体标本、X线片及组织学检查评估骨缺损修复能力. 结果 在术后各时期,从大体观察、X线检测及组织学观察结果 表明C、D组均有良好的骨修复效果,A、B组的骨修复效果相似但明显差于C、D组.材料植入10 d时,D组复合物表面均形成明显的纤维包裹,植入物不会再移动,打开包膜后,材料均可被夹起而不散开,C组颗粒骨有部分移位于周围软组织间隙. 结论 明胶、京尼平具有粘合自体颗粒骨修复骨缺损的能力.

Repairing bone defects with autogenous morselized bone pasted by gelatin and genipin
Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of repairing the tibial bone defects in SD rats with different compounds of gelatin, genipin and autogenous morselized bone. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomized into 4 equal groups. A segmental bone defect was created at the right tibia in each rat. The dis-sected bone segments were moralized into bone particles. Group A served as blank control without any fillings into the defects. In Group B, the compound of gelatin and genipin was used as filling; in Group C, the compound of 200 mg autogenous morselized bone was grafted; in Group D, the compound of gelatin, genipin and 100 nag autogenous morselized bone was grafted. The defect-repairing capability in each group was as-sessed by gross observation and X-ray and histological examinations at 10 days, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation. Results At deferent times after operation, the effects of bone-repairing in Groups C and D were significantly superior to those in Groups A and B. At 10 days after operation, fibers were seen wrapping the surface of autogenous morselized bone and the graft was immobilized in Group D. Some particles of auto-genous morselized bone were seen shifting into the nearby soft tissue in Group C. Conclusion The gelatin and genipin can paste the autogenous morselized bone particles to repair bone defects.
