某儿童医院肠道门诊无人药房系统应用实践

摘    要:目的:探讨安徽省儿童医院肠道门诊无人药房系统应用过程中的问题及改进措施,为公立医院无人药房建设提供参考。方法:结合我院肠道传染病药房实际工作需要,改造传统肠道门诊药房,建设肠道门诊无人发药系统,分别对一次性出药上限进行设置,对药品槽位、传送带上方和提升机区域进行优化,并制定出药系统提示与发药应急预案。 结果:经过使用磨合期,无人药房运行平稳,满足肠道药房需求和无药师值守功能。 优化后一次性药品识别正确率由 95. 8%升至 99. 3%( χ2 = 176. 66,P<0. 01),药品出药成功率由 94. 7%升至 98. 5% ( χ2 = 154. 61,P< 0. 01),患者取药成功率由 96. 4% 升至 99. 5% ( χ2 = 71. 18,P<0. 01)。 结论:无人发药机优化的应用可减轻药师工作量,提高无人药房出药成功率,提升无人全程化药学服务质量。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the problems and improvement measures in the application of automatic pharmacy system inintestinal outpatient department of Anhui Provincial Children’ s Hospital, so as to provide reference for the construction of automaticpharmacy in public hospitals. Methods: Combined with the practical requirements of the enteric infectious disease pharmacy in ourhospital, the traditional enteric outpatient pharmacy was reformed, and the automatic drug dispensing system was constructed in theenteric outpatient department. The one-time drug dispensing upper limit was set, drug slot, conveyor belt and elevator area wereoptimized, and the drug dispensing system prompt and drug dispensing emergency regimen were formulated. Results: After the break-inperiod, the automatic pharmacy ran smoothly, met the requirements of enteral pharmacy and function of no pharmacist on duty. Afteroptimization, the correct rate of one-time drug identification increased from 95. 8% to 99. 3% (χ2 = 176. 66, P<0. 01), the success rateof drug dispensing increased from 94. 7% to 98. 5% ( χ2 = 154. 61, P< 0. 01), and the success rate of drug dispensing for patients increased from 96. 4% to 99. 5% (χ2 = 71. 18, P<0. 01). Conclusion: The optimal application of automatic dispensing machine canreduce the workload of pharmacists and improve the success rate of drug dispensing in automatic pharmacy, which can improve the levelof automatic pharmaceutical care
