| 摘 要： | 早期评估并识别儿童异常大便情况对于疾病诊断、治疗效果评估和改善患儿健康结局至关重要。从儿童大便评估现状及评估工具等方面进行综述，对各类儿童大便评估工具进行比较分析，以期为研制本土化儿童大便评估工具提供借鉴，并为临床识别和管理儿童胃肠道相关疾病提供参考。

| Abstract: | Early assessment and identification of abnormal stool in children is very important for disease diagnosis, efficacy evaluation and improvement of health outcomes.This paper reviews assessment of defecation function, summarizes some commonly used pediatric stool scales, and compares these scales, aiming to provide reference for the development of pediatric stool scales suitable for Chinese context, and for identification and management of pediatric gastrointestinal diseases. |
