| 摘 要： | 对 5 9例确诊的肺癌患者及健康对照者 2 72例分别进行 13种肺癌生物标记检测 ,并对 13种肺癌血清生物标记分别计算了相应的指标。结果 13种生物标记中 ,有些标记的特异性较高 ,而有些标记的敏感性较好。根据五项均值排列出 13种生物标记对肺癌诊断价值的大小。认为以五项均值为标准对肺癌常用生物标记临床诊断价值的大小进行排序 ,有助于肺癌的早期诊断、病情监测及预后判断。

| Abstract: | To syntheticly evaluate 13 common and clinical helpfull biological markers of lung cancer The 13 biological markers of 59 patients who were diagnosed of lung cancer and healthy controlled people were respectively detected The results showed the indexes of 13 biological markers of lung cancer were calculated Some indexes showed higher specificness while some showed better sensibility Diagnostic value of 13 biological markers were ranked by average of five indexes These suggest the rank of diagnostic value is helpfull to early diagnostic,observation of conditions and result forecast The rank offers a thought for farther research on biological markers of lung cancer |
