| 摘 要： | 目的探讨防止外伤性小肠破裂漏诊的方法。方法分析21例外伤性小肠破裂的诊断和治疗体会。结果20例痊愈出院，1例并发挤压综合症引起肾功能衰竭而死亡。早期正确诊断是减少小肠破裂病人死亡的关键之一，早期手术治疗可减少并发症的发生。结论腹部诊断性穿刺可提高诊断率，术中应仔细、全面、有序地探查，不能满足发现一处脏器损伤而忽视隐蔽的小肠损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of traumatic enterorrhexis. Methods Clinical data of 21 patients with traumatic enterorrhexis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 20 cases were cured. A patient died of renal failure. Conclusion Missed diagnosis rate is decreased by abdominal diagnostic puncture and exploratory operation. |
