腰椎间盘突出症的手术疗效分析

目的 总结分析腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗疗效。方法 对185例腰椎间盘突出症的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中，开窗147例，半椎板切除32例，全椎板切除9例。结果 术后超过平均2年以上随访，优良率为91．8％。结论 手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显。术前准确诊断、术中仔细操作、术后重视康复训练等方面是提高手术疗效，减少术后并发症的关键。

Clinical Analysis of operative Effect of Lumbar Disc Herniationsnd

Objective To summarize and analyze and analyse the operative effect of Lumbar Disc hernia-tions disease.Methods Retrospective analysis on the185patients who suffered from prolapse of Lumbar Disc Herniations Disease,in these patients32cases were performed with semi-pedicle excision,147cases were performed with open-window,9cases were performed with pedicle excision.Results All the cases were followed-up over2years,excellent and good rate was91.8%.Conclusions It is an effective methods for the operative treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniations Disease.The sticking point in improving operative effect and re-ducing the diseaseafter operate is the precise diagnosis before operation,operating carefully and the recogni-tion on healing exercitation after operation.
