摘    要:近年来,越来越多的研究证实多种宫内不良环境因素(如胎儿缺氧、营养不良和糖皮质激素治疗等)均能改变孕期肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的构建与功能。RAS的这些改变对子代心血管系统的功能可造成重要影响,在胎源性心血管疾病发育起源中起重要的作用。该文将对孕期RAS构建及其在心血管疾病发育起源中的近期研究发现和进展进行简要概述。

Abstract:Abstract:Recently, more and more studies have demonstrated that a variety of intrauterine adverse environmental factors (including hypoxia, malnutrition and glucocorticoid) could alter renin-angiotensin system (RAS) and its functions during pregnancy. Most importantly, those RAS alterations may impact on cardiovascular functions in the offspring, and play a pivotal role in the pathophysiological development of various cardiovascular diseases in utero. This article provides a brief overview of the development of RAS during pregnancy and the importance of RAS in fetal origins of cardiovascular diseases.
