胸腺肽α1对慢性支气管炎患者预防呼吸道感染及免疫功能的作用

目的探讨胸腺肽α1（Tα1）对慢性支气管炎（CB）患者呼吸道感染的预防作用及对细胞免疫的影响。方法以28例未注射Tα1的CB患者（对照组）进行同期对照，观察41例CB患者（治疗组）在应用Tα1（1．6mg／次，皮下注射，2次／周，每年春秋季各3个月）治疗2年内发生呼吸道感染情况，并采用流式细胞仪检测治疗前、后T细胞亚群的变化。结果治疗组在Tα1治疗前，外周血CD3、CD4及CD4／CD8下降，CD8升高，经Tα1治疗2年后，外周血CD3、CD4及CD4／CD8回升，CD8下降，而且呼吸道感染的次数、因呼吸道感染应用抗生素的次数及住院次数均较对照组明显减少。结论胸腺肽α1可改善CB患者的细胞免疫功能，减少其呼吸道感染的发生。

The Effect of Thymosin Alpha 1 on Precaution and Cytoimmunity of Respiratory Infection for Chronic Bronchitis Patients

Objective To study the effect of thymosin alpha 1 on precaution and cytoimmunity of respiratory infection for chronic bronchitis patients.Methods A total of 28 chronic bronchitis patients without thymosin alpha 1 injection (TM) was enrolled as control group,and 41 chronic bronchitis patients (treatment group) were treated by TM for 2 years (1.6 mg each time,by hypodermic injection,twice a week,for consecutive 3 months in each spring and autumn),and the respiratory infection frequency was observed.The variation of T cell subset before and after the treatment was tested with flow cytometry either.Results In the treatment group,CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 of peripheral blood before the treatment decreased,and CD_8 increased.However,after TM treatment,CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 of peripheral blood increased,but CD_8 decreased.Furthermore,the frequency of respiratory infection,the frequencies of using antibiotic and hospitalization because of respiratory infection decreased more obviously than those in the control group.Conclusion TM can not only improve the cellular immune function of chronic bronchitis patients,but also reduce the frequency of respiratory infection.
