| 摘 要： | 目的了解合肥地区职业献血员中的人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染状况。方法运用酶免疫测定法(EIA)检测职业献血员中抗-HCMVIgM。结果职业献血员中抗-HCMVIgM阳性率为30．3％(338／1117)，抗-HCMVIgM阳性率与职业献血员年龄、性别、文化程度、献血时间有关。与献血次数无关。结论HCMV在台肥地区职业献血员中有较高的感染率；建议尽快用抗-HCMVIgM对职业献血员进行筛选。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prevalence of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection in professional donors. Methods Plasma HCMV-IgM antibody was detected with enzyme immunoassay (EIA) . Results The positive rate of anti-HCMV IgM was 30.3 percent. The positive rate of anti-HCMV IgM was evidently related to donors' sex, age, level of culture and time of blood donation, not evidenly related to frequency of professional donation. Conclusions It suggests that infection with HCMV is more often in professional donors in Hefei. It is urgent to detect markers of HCMV infection in blood donors as soon as possible. |
