216例女性抑郁症与肥胖的相关性研究

目的:探讨女性抑郁症与肥胖的相关性以及两者的相关程度,判断两者是否存在相似的生化基础。方法:随机纳入216例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的女性抑郁症患者,依据BMI指标确定其是否符合肥胖的标准,计算出女性抑郁症中肥胖的发病率;然后,根据自制健康自愿者肥胖情况调查表,按年龄、职业等配比纳入200例,依据BMI指标确定符合肥胖标准的人数,计算出正常人群中肥胖的发病率。通过发病率计算x2值来判断两者之间是否存在相关,通过计算相对风险率(RR值)来判断两者之间相关的程度。采用SPSS13.0统计软件,将有关数据进行x2检验和T检验。结果:女性抑郁症与肥胖之间存在非常显著的相关性(x2=36.21,P<0.001),而且两者相关的程度非常大(RR=4.37>1)。结论:女性抑郁症与肥胖之间存在明显的相关性,说明两者之间可能具有相似的生化基础,对两病的病因、治疗、预防以及对抑郁症在治疗过程中的用药指导意义重大。

The study of correlation between female depression and obesity
