| 摘 要： | 目的：建立心脑通泰胶囊的质量控制方法。方法：用薄层色谱法（1K法）鉴别胶囊剂中的葛根、川芎、当归，用高效液相色变法（HeLC法）测定天麻中天麻素含量。结果ITLC法鉴定结果满意；回归方程为Y=719．21X-5458．3，R^2=0．9997，天麻素进样量在100～900ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为96．73％，RSD=2．45％（n=5）。结论：该方法操作简便，结果可靠，专属性强，重现性好，可作为心脑通泰胶裳的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality criteria of Xinnaotongtai capsules. Methods： TLC method was used to determine and differentiat the Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Ligustici and Radix Angelicae Sinensis. HPLC method was used for detecing the content of gastrodin in Rhizoma Gastrodiae. Results ： The components were determined well. The regression equation by HPLC was Y = 719.21X - 5458.3, R^2 = 0.9997. gastrodin had good linear relation within the range of 100 - 900ng. The average recovery rate was 96.73 %, RSD = 2.45 % （n = 5）. Conclusion： This methods is convenient, accurate reproducible and sensitive. It can be used for quality control of Xinnaotongtai capsules. |
