| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的测定在结核性脑膜炎的应用价值。方法:选择37例结核性脑膜炎患者作为结核组,选择46例非结核性脑膜炎患者作为非结核组,比较两组患者脑脊液ADA活性及阳性率测定结果。结果:结核组脑脊液ADA活性和阳性率明显高于非结核组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:ADA测定对结核性脑膜炎的诊断与鉴别诊断具有很高的应用价值。
