| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝豆状核变性临床特点。方法:分析归纳10例肝豆状核变性患者临床资料。结果:平均发病年龄20.7岁,首发症状为锥体外系症状6例,2例以精神症状首发,1例以骨关节症状首发,1例以腰痛症状首发。所有病例肝功能正常。肝病史1例。所有病例眼科裂隙灯检查K-F环阳性、血铜氧化酶吸光度降低。脑MR I基本特征是对称性基底节区异常信号,病变部位与神经系统临床表现有较好的一致性。结论:肝豆状核变性早期表现多样,完善实验室检查及脑MR I对肝豆状核变性的诊断及判断预后具有重要意义。
