| 摘 要： | 目的:血浆乳酸浓度水平与2型糖尿病并乳酸酸中毒病情危重程度是否相关。方法:对我院急诊科2006-2010年收治的32例2型糖尿病并乳酸酸中毒患者的临床资料做回顾性分析。结果:患者平均血乳酸水平为(10.9±3.8)mmol/L,血乳酸水平与生存率无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血乳酸水平和生存率无明显相关性。
